Industrial Engineering Manager

* Working address: TS3, Tien Son IZ, Bac Ninh Province (company bus from Hanoi city)
* Working from Monday to Friday (08:00 -16:35)
the following activities:
Time studies and Motion studies within the plant, bottleneck management throughout the production process and line balancing / re-balancing (when needed)
Design, re-design and continuously revision of production processes to optimize ergonomics, maximize efficiency, improve flexibility and capacity and in general reduce waste
Development of specifications for new machines and production lines and design review (in lights of the specifications defined) with external suppliers
Early Equipment Management (EEM) pillar leadership within the World Class Manufacturing plant organization
Industrialization of new products and Engineering Change Requests from R&D and Quality departments
Development production standards, methods and operating procedures
Study, development and implementation of technological upgrades
Implementation of Industry 4.0 and Digital Manufacturing initiatives
Commissioning and acceptance of new production equipment
Support to plant layout design (or re-design) to improve and streamline flows

Basics of cost and performance accounting
Basics of mechanical, electrical, electronics and SW in the maintenance field
Basics of statistical quality control, simulation and applied statistics
Robustness in analytics and problem solving, planning, time and deadlines management, communication and strong entrepreneurial mindset
Engineering degree and an experience of 3-5 years in similar roles in manufacturing companies
Time & Method studies methodologies (MTM-UAS is a plus)
Knowledge on core production processes like metal stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection, assembly and automation
Project and cost management
Fluency in English is mandatory (written and oral)
Safety and Environment concepts applied to production processes
Drawing SW as Autocad/Cadra/Solidworks or 2D/3D technical design
Technical procurement and vendor management
Basics of World Class Manufacturing (or other continuous improvement approaches)
