Industrial Engineering Manager

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to design and implement lean manufacturing strategies.
Oversee the implementation of new technologies and automation solutions.
Lead and manage the industrial engineering team to ensure efficient production processes.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Train and mentor engineering staff to enhance team performance.
Analyze production workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Evaluate production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct time and motion studies to optimize labor productivity.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects and teams.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proficiency in lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the apparel industry.
