Industrial Engineering Supervisor

Prepare periodical reports, design business plan and carry out all communication with production departments.
Team up with Quality in assuring microbiological control of processing, goods, storage and handling.
Determine & evaluate execution of all projects and administer all methods & procedures as per required systems & supply standards.
Deliver training on LEAN manufacturing concept/methodology to related employees.
Analyze cost of all products and assist to reduce negative discrepancy; plan for strategies to reduce waste & labor cost in all engineering projects.
Mainly handle LEAN initiatives and cost saving activities with related departments; foster LEAN culture at factories.
Keep track of productivity and design various processes to ensure that all procedures are carried out by following with safety standards.
Provide an effectual interface to all departments, design strategies and aid all key staffs.
Keep updated with knowledge of IE procedures and associate with various projects of manufacturing in the shopfloor.
Develop plans for the analysis of smooth flow of factory processes; analyze plans for all waste elimination from the factory.
Monitor reporting procedure daily; keep track of regular work activities & ensure all processes are executed by considering the financial budget and prepare strategic models.
Assist with equipment installation and project planning.

Graduate university with major in Mechanical Engineering or relevant backgrounds.
Be good at communication, analyzing, project management and problem solving.
Have experience with process simulation and standard operation procedures.
Have at least 5- year experience at the same position.
Have good knowledge of LEAN & Six Sigma and advanced technical skills.
Be able to analyze, design and implement IE techniques.
Be proficient in using technical system (ERP, AutoCAD...) and computer for drafting records.
Be good command at English,
