Industrial Real Estate Director

Work directly with functional agencies and related units/ departments/ to participate in the process of investing, developing infrastructure, technology, legal, etc. for industrial projects;
Deploy, manage the work of investment promotion, business and management of the operation of industrial real estate assets of the group;
Preside over the construction and deployment of the industrial real estate development strategy of the Group;
Manage the work of positioning, orienting the development of industrial real estate products based on connecting, working with related units: infrastructure, technology, investment, legal, related subsidiaries...
Build development strategy, deploy the work of positioning, developing and expanding investment, business of industrial real estate of the Group

Fluent in Vietnamese and English languages
Experience in industrial and logistics real estate
Experience with project management and budgeting
Deep knowledge of the Vietnamese real estate market, including regulation and legal aspects
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross- functional teams
Experience with investment analysis and strategy planning is a plus
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate- related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial modeling skills
