According to customer demand, establish site I4.0 implementation annually milestone.
Build &039;&039;Flexsim&039;&039; production line simulation model, detect bottleneck process and analysis improvement opportunities.
Self- assessment and review with customer to evaluate site I4.0 score project by project, based on standardized elements/metrics (SKU, CT, UPH, RFTY, Machine parameter, Machine Downtime, COT, OEE, SPC/CTQ…)
Training I4.0 knowledge for project team members.

Major requirements:
Be able to translate LOG file into defined format
Have knowledge and experience of MQTT protocol.
Have knowledge and experience of using C or python or other equivalent software.
Other requirements:
Bachelor degree and Good English communication.
Develop Kanban and monitor production data in real time. Web development, query system.
Experience working with Intelligent assembly station, test station, development host computer, upload data.
