Objectives
The primary objective of the Influencer Management Executive is to build and develop influencer products, and to integrate these influencer offerings into PMAX&039;s total solution. This role aims to empower clients to execute the most effective digital marketing campaigns by leveraging influencer strategies as a key component of the overall marketing mix.
Job Description
Influencer Campaign Operations (50%):
Project Management: Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, strategy, creative, PR) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to influencers.
Campaign Analyze: Analyze campaign data to generate insights and reports and Provide recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution: timelines, budgets, and resources.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and extract learnings for future campaigns.
Influencer Planning & Negotiation with Campaign related to Affiliate, Live Streaming (30%):
Identify and recruit suitable influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience and campaign objectives.
Develop comprehensive campaign strategies, including content calendars, influencer briefs, and performance metrics.
Negotiate influencer fees, deliverables, and terms for affiliate and live streaming campaigns.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, providing guidance and support throughout the campaign.
Product Development for Influencers (20%):
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and best practices to collaborate with relevant departments in packaging influencer products.
Partnership Management: Work with influencers, partners, and vendors who offer products and services related to influencers to integrate them into our influencer product offerings for clients.
Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and developments in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and live streaming.
Client and Internal Feedback: Collaborate with clients and internal departments to gather feedback and continuously improve the product.
Product Distribution: Distribute the product to operational teams through documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
Passion for the influencer industry and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends.
Proven experience in influencer negotiation and relationship management.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, partners, and vendors.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze campaign performance data.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, live streaming platforms, and influencer marketing metrics.
