We&039;re now looking for someone to help us build and nurture these organic, win- win relationships – to bring more creators into our world and help them thrive alongside us.
We’re building a community of creators, artists, and doers who live life with spirit, expression, and style.
That might mean offering studio time to a photographer, fresh merch for a dancer’s next shoot, or Vodka Soda to set the vibe for a tattoo artist&039;s opening night.
The Role:
You’ll introduce the Wildside Community to those who feel right, and bring them in not just as collaborators – but as believers.
As our Influencer & Partnership Specialist, you’ll be the connector between our brand and the creative world – curating, initiating, and nurturing relationships with artists, lifestyle influencers, and local legends who align with our values.
You’ll also help bring to life unique opportunities for our artists and influencers, including:
Co- creating their own merch line or a signature Vodka Soda flavor that expresses their personal style
Connecting with creators across fields (e.g., a DJ meets a tattoo artist; a photographer collaborates with a dancer) to spark new cultural expressions
What You’ll Do:
Scout & Connect:
- Build relationships with micro- influencers, KOLs, and community tastemakers who reflect our brand values
- Find unexpected but fitting voices for our community (e.g., a skatepark organizer, a yoga teacher, a streetwear photographer)
- Identify and approach authentic creators in music, arts, fashion, sports, and lifestyle scenes
Pitch & Partner:
- Offer partnership ideas that provide real value to creators
- Share Wildside’s story, manifesto, and vision with potential collaborators in a personal, inspiring way
- Encourage and facilitate deeper engagement through co- created product drops, campaigns, or activations
Nurture & Grow Relationships:
- Regularly check in, gather feedback, and explore new ways to collaborate
- Be the main contact for our creator community, ensuring they feel supported and celebrated
- Spark new relationships and cultural mashups by connecting creators across fields and interests
Collaborate Internally:
- Help bring authentic, creator- driven content to life based on real experiences and shared values
- Work with the Community, Brand, and Content teams to align partnerships with campaigns, events, and storytelling
Who You Are:
Must- Haves:
- Passion for working with independent, authentic voices, not chasing follower counts
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and emotional intelligence
- Experience in influencer marketing, creative partnerships, or community building
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Partnerships or Relationship Management, related industry experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Deep understanding of Vietnam’s creative and lifestyle culture – from street scenes to emerging subcultures
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Existing network of local creators and community leaders
- A background in creative industries (e.g., fashion, music, arts, media)
- Experience building communities or running grassroots campaigns
