Information Security Analyst (Blue team)

Security is the foundation of over 9,000 customers’ trust in Optimizely. In this role, you will help our security program that enables security being baked into all of the products and infrastructure built at Optimizely. The responsibilities of this role are a blend of security engineering, security architecture and project management. This role will focus on security technologies, processes to manage the technology and cross- team collaboration to achieve the goals defined by the security organization.
As a Security Engineer, you will:

Accountable for delivering quality, on time work product; may also contribute to teamwork product​.
Is starting to be recognized for knowledge in a particular focus area by your team​.
Is responsible for the delivery of a specific feature / process / program​.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and/or 3+ years of equivalent work experience required
Familiar with incident triage
Good skills in English, both written and spoken
Experienced with logging, log aggregation, using tools like Splunk or Sumologic (any kind of SIEM really)
Experienced with SOC
