Information & Technology Manager

Train and support end- users to ensure effective system utilization
Manage IT budget, inventory, and asset control
Oversee data security, backups, and system integrity
Lead the setup, installation, and configuration of all IT systems during pre- opening phase
Provide daily technical support to all departments
Manage hotel systems including PMS, POS, network infrastructure, servers, and security systems
Ensure all IT operations comply with **Accor standards and policies
Coordinate with vendors for system implementation, maintenance, and upgrades

Communication skills in English
Experience in pre- opening projects is a strong advantage
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in hospitality
Hands- on, proactive, and service- oriented mindset
Good problem- solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong knowledge of hotel systems (Opera PMS, POS, networking, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
