Infrastructure Support Engineer

• Work with IT Security team to improve IT security within the business and infrastructure (including patching)
• Work closely to close IT security gaps within the infrastructure
• Work with the Data Center teams and assist with projects, rollouts, and testing as needed. Coordinate efforts with other countries’ local IT Support to ensure solutions are fully tested and full site/company roll-out is completed
• Provide daily 1st and 2nd level IT support to user physically and remotely as when required
• Ensure the preparation and maintenance of documentation (asset inventory such as license, laptops, hardware) manuals, and user notes
• Drive continuous improvement for IT support operation
• Key and escalation point within support team to address complex issues and questions
• Responsible for governance & control change management to ensure standardization across ASEAN

Required:
- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Sciences
Experience:
- Required: At least 3-4 years related experience
Preferred:
• Proven experience in delivering IT Projects and technical solutions.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
• Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
• At least 8 years’ experience as an IT support
• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
• Thorough understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO, and DNS.
• Ability to identify incident trends in order to elevate incidents in accordance with standard protocols
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN and WAN.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills
• Cisco Certified Network Administrator/Professional (CCNA/CCNP)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion
• Good attention to detail, testing and documentation
