Injection Molding Engineer

Evaluate new materials and technologies for potential application in injection molding processes.
Design and implement tooling, molds, and fixtures for injection molding processes.
Collaborate with project team to ensure manufacturability and scalability of injection molded parts.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process parameters, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
Perform root cause analysis for quality defects and implement corrective actions.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams for setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding equipment.
Develop and optimize injection molding processes to meet quality, cost, and production targets.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to injection molding processes, equipment, and tooling.
Conduct mold flow analysis to optimize part design and mold performance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from university in engineering / technical field
Able to understand technical drawing for precision parts and components.
Experience working in foreign invested companies, producing plastic or using plastic injection machines.
Good at English
Knowledge of software Auto CAD
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
