Innovation Fashion Intern

Strategy- Aid innovation strategy in line with organizational goals, collaborate on new ideas for cross- departmental efficiency, and identify opportunities to boost revenue and product enhancements
Analysis- Monitor and analyze KPIs for innovation success, evaluate company performance, enhance efficiency, and provide risk management for innovation projects.
Implementation- Facilitate innovation projects with resources and partnerships, provide employee training on new technologies, and manage project timelines and budgets for successful execution.
Collaboration- Enhance cross- departmental collaboration for innovation, communicate its value to stakeholders, develop sustainable practices, and promote a creative, problem- solving culture with transparent progress reporting.
Research- Conduct research on market trends and emerging technologies, assess AI tools for enhancing operations and customer relations, and identify strategic alliances and investments in tech innovation.

Can work fulltime 3 months
Fluent in English
Production/Garment experience/knowledge is a plus
Fashion / Business experience preferable.
Work ethic, hard working and willing to learn.
Strong communication skills, negotiation, time management and interpersonal skills
