Inside Sales Executive - Powder Coatings

Upselling products and services, route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers to close sales and achieve sales target.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow- up and outbound cold calls and emails
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Taking care S&M customers
Answering potential customers&039; questions and sending additional information
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Understanding customers&039; needs and identifying sales opportunities.

Strong listening and presentation skills
Proven inside sales experience or experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
Proficient with SEO and web presentation tools
Ability to multi- task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
English is must and Chinese speaking is plus
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Experience working with MS or similar CRM
Track record of over- achieving target
