Inside Sales Representative
at Noventiq Vietnam. You’ll be a part of our Global Sales team.
Job Overview:
This role is to produce high- quality leads and opportunities, and work as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. Besides, providing a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner. This role reports to Sales Lead/Manager.
What you’ll do:
Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities generated
Be involved in providing initiate and conducting outbound calls to qualify clients’ interest in software solutions
Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
Responsible for the end- to- end sales process, Identify and create sales opportunities, produce leads, and close the sales
Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
Profile requirements:
Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
Being familiar with a telemarketing role, in the IT industry is preferable
Creative thinking "outside of the box"
Must be target- oriented, self- starter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
Basic English communication skills
At least 2 years experience in sales/telesales if from the IT industry is preferred.
Own telephone skills
