INSURANCE CLAIMS ASSISTANT (NV BẢO LÃNH VIỆN PHÍ)

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Negotiate and settle claims with authorized insurance company.
Notify new claims and accurately validate cover.
Perform insurances claims for patients.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Be able to work on your own and as part of a team to deliver results.
Be able to work under pressure and prioritize workloads to achieve plan.
Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of policy liability as well as regulatory requirements in relation to employer&039;s liability claims.
Maintain customers/ patients by providing customer services.
Collaborates with internal and external partners to promote and enhance insurance programs and processes.

Diploma/ Degree in Bachelor of English, Business Administration Management or Insurance.
Negotiation skills to settle claims.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Insurance experience is priority.
