Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with prospective clients to understand and develop the design brief.
- Develop conceptual design from guidelines given from clients or from scratch,
and assure material & technical suitability.
- Create space planning, material and colour scheme specification on client
needs. (Moodboard & Layout Plan).
- Create 3D renderings to visualize design concepts, and perspective.
- Produce interior fit- out drawing including layout plan & elevation & detail
drawings & carpentry drawing (AUTOCAD).
- Generate interior or structural drawings for submissions, client approval and
construction.
- Able to cross- check drawings before submission to project team. Update and
check drawings for accuracy as necessary
- Maintain proper records, updates of drawings and documentation to ensure easy
retrieval.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Render Software (Lumion/Vray/any related),
Photoshop, Power Point
- Required language(s): English
- Able to work under pressure / tight deadline, independently and multi- task
- At least 1 year of experience in interior design (housing/retail/o]ice).
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field.

- Knowledge of carpentry, electrical systems, renovation, and fit- out works.
- Creative, with a strong interest in evolving trends in housing/retail/o]ice space
design

- Work days:- 5 days work week (9 hours work)
