RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning works related to design process
Planning schedule, direction, discussing with related team, etc...
Design management works
Coordination for the best design with design company by discipline
Management of design schedules and records of related contents
About concept, schematic ~ construction documentation phase (step by step oneself and making a report about those)
Collecting and organizing data required for design
Support design permission process
Review permission documentations
Preparing and providing the design that the government require
Construction Management works
Management for design changes and history
Management for construction schedule
Management for CA (Construction Administration) works and main contractor for building
Comparison & review between construction drawing & detailed drawing for approval shop drawing
Handover Management works
Management the final stage of project handover works, including installation supervision (signage, artwork, lighting, etc...)
Design confirm of operation and maintenance (signage, interior, construction schedule, etc...)
Write guideline for interior of operation and maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to identify and read design documentations and specification
A team player & builder, a motivator & self- starte
Work experiences in management of design and construction phases of large- scale hospitality and mixed- use facilities projects in HCMC (especially in Thu Thiem area)
At least 5 years&039; relevant experience in Interior Design and Design Management (e.g. interior design firm related to Hospitality/ Commercial is a plus, construction or development company)
Fluent in speaking and writing English (Korean is a plus) Equivalent English Test Score (Minimum): IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 600, TOEFL IBT 60
Experiences in a development company, especially in Hospitality and/ or Commercial Project Development
Strong understanding of Vietnam and international interior design style (especially in HCMC market)
Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and AutoCAD skills.
At least A Bachelor&039;s degree in Architecture or Interior
