Interior Design Supervisor

Maintain all the related workshops and machinery in working area clean and tidy at all times
Participate, support and attend training programs as scheduled.
Initiate cost estimates of labour & materials required for work orders, and construction work orders. Sees to maximum utilisation of equipment and supplies.
Maintain the necessary stock of wood and material to make sure all maintenance work can be done within the resort.
Respond positively to changes in the workplace.
Supervise carpenters and painters and ensure all maintenance work is carried out correctly.
Open to new ideas and willing to make changes in improving customer satisfaction.
Supervise ID Staff on repair and maintenance program for the Resort Buildings and Interiors
Able to work under pressure during busy times.
Undertakes all tasks (related to ID works) guided by the Work Order System as well as requests by immediate supervisor.
Familiarize completely with the technical detail of all civil areas & services relating to the property.
Follow up all work orders in the ESCAP/PES Engineering Software System and ensure that there is no backlog of work and to take any necessary follow up.
