Monitor the contractor&039;s progress to match the business plan and new showroom opening
Manage design progress of external consultants to match customer requirements
Manage and check drawing documents and approve materials submitted by contractors
The designer will select furniture in terms of style, size, color as well as arrange the current layout for the model apartments.
Modale Design VN gives the project to a third party after consulting, orienting and agreeing on the plan with the customer.
Consulting on mood boards and shaping design styles for customers
Shopping and decorating model apartments
Consulting and choosing furniture for customers from size, material, color as well as function
Manage and deploy drawing documents, approve materials and construction details with contractors. Supervise the construction process from concept to completion and use to ensure compliance with the original design
Advise customers on fit out packages from kitchen lines, functionality, kitchen materials and equipment, cabinets and fit out packages according to customer requirements
New showroom design in conjunction with A&S
Coordinate with contractors to provide fit out quotes according to design. Review BOQ to ensure compliance with the customer&039;s design and budget
Manage and deploy ideas for external consultants
Manage the contractor&039;s construction progress.
Consulting on decoration and arrangement for customers&039; homes upon request

REQUIREMENTS FOR KNOWLEDGE – SKILL- QUALITY

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.
College degree or higher: Interior Design
Understanding of color theory, texture, and material properties to create cohesive and harmonious interior schemes that suit the client&039;s needs and preferences.
Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Ability to effectively plan and optimize interior spaces to meet functional requirements while ensuring flow and circulation within the space.
Fluent in English
Proven experience in Interior Design of 3 years minimum
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and deliver designs that exceed their expectations
