Interior Designer (HCM)

Any other related tasks
Surveying the construction site for interior designing
Making the Layout plan based on client’s request and construction condition surveyed;
Contacting with project manager in English
Make the technical design about electricity, internet, lighting, fire protection
Making the concept, perspective, stating material, furniture code and other accessories with detailed catalogue & suppliers;
Making construction drafting for different options of designing;
Cooperating with purchasing department, construction supervisors and project manager to reach the final decision of design, project schedule and some fast solutions to fix problems resulting from unexpected cases.

Communication skills in English.
Creative talent, imagination & eye for design;
Being careful, and high responsible, willing to work overtime;
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations;
Ability to work independently as well as teamwork;
Knowledge about the architecture and interior, understanding about interior materials;
Proficient in Auto cad, Sketchup, 3D max, illustrator or other design programs;
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces, at least 2 years. Excellent portfolio of previous works;
Compensation and benefits:

Salary: 14,000,000 ~ 20,000,000 VND + Overtime Salary.
