Intern Business Analyst

Requirement Elicitation and Analysis

Contribute to analyzing and documenting current operational pain points.
Participate in client discussions to understand core business needs.
Assist in conducting requirement surveys based on project and client specifications.

Solution Development and Documentation

Learn to utilize tools such as Mock- ups, Design diagrams, etc., to illustrate proposed solutions.
Collaborate with project development teams to create preliminary solutions.
Support in Producing and finalizing comprehensive Functional Specification (FS) documents.

Project Facilitation

Assist test engineers in executing system tests per requirement documents.
Participate in project development activities, including liaising with design teams for product interface design.
Assist in articulating project logic to development engineers and system architects.

Client Engagement and Post- Implementation Support

Assist clients in conducting user acceptance tests.
Contribute to facilitating smooth transition processes for new and existing systems post- implementation.
Assist in conducting user training sessions as necessary.

Exposure to any relevant certifications or coursework related to business analysis is preferred.
Eagerness to learn and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with office automation tools, including Microsoft Office and Miro.
Chinese speaker is preferred even if no previous experience.
Currently pursuing Bachelor&039;s degree or higher, preferably in computer science, software engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, a degree in English and/or Chinese with exceptional spoken proficiency is a plus.
Developing analytical, communication, and learning abilities, with the aptitude for quick comprehension and exploration of client requirements.
Proficiency in English, with exceptional listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
