Intern - Investment

Roles and Responsibilities
· The Investment Intern will support the Investment team in conducting market research and financial analysis for potential industrial real estate development projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands- on experience in the largest and fastest growing industrial real estate platform in Vietnam.
· Assist team members in financial feasibility studies and due diligence process for new project acquisitions.
· Other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager.
· Assist in collecting and managing database to track the market intelligence to support for internal research materials.
· Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient operation of the investment department.

Desired Characteristics
Required Qualifications and
· Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
· Fresh graduate.
· Interested in the real estate industry, particularly industrial and logistics sectors.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting & Auditing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proactive, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks.
