Intern, Procurement

UTS is looking for appropriate candidates for Intern, Procurement. As the Intern, Procurement, the position holder is responsible for the management of the daily procurement activities in the School from the request to the delivery of goods, works and services in a continuous improvement manner.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collecting and managing data on system;
Managing teaching aids and following up the suppliers;
Cross- function support (i.e. School events);
Other tasks following the guidance of line manager/supervisors.
Providing effective administrative and logistic support to the Procurement team;
Brainstorm initiatives, provide support and enhancements to existing school facility;

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Good at analytical & organizational skills;
Good integrity & trustworthinesss (priority);
Strong initiatives, high team- work spirit;
Detail- oriented;
Good command of English in 4 skills.
Ability to multitasking;
Have ability to work full- time;
Good at communication skill and can work under pressure;
