Internal Accountant Cum AdminALTECH ASIA PACIFIC

GENERAL ACCOUNTING JOB (70%):
- Reconcile monthly inventory reports.
- Save accounting documents logically and effectively.
- Prepare/Review and verify bank account reconciliations, manage the cash flow;
- Payable and receivable management.
- Declare social insurances.
- Manage all of the reports: FS, PIT, CIT, VAT, FCT, invoice, …
- Record and manage all kinds of expenses and revenues of services, projects.
- Others assigned by GD and the company.
- Issue invoice.
- Salary calculation, prepare/Check monthly payroll spreadsheets (including calculations of Personnel Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance (SI) Health Insurance (HI);
- Make payments requests: domestics and international, taxes.
- Support to prepare data for audit, tax.
- Classify and account all transactions.
- Prepare documents and cooperate with outsourced accounting companies for all of the accounting and financial reports.
- Calculate FCT for projects.
ADMIN (30%)
- Stationery order.
- Others assigned by GD and the company.
- Office control.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Meticulous, careful, diligent Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, accouting software.
- University degree in related major.
- At least 2- 3 year experience in the same position in a foreign trading company.
- Good at English (daily communication and report).
- Female only, age: 25- 30.
