Internal Communication Executive/ Truyền Thông Nội Bộ

Your scope of work

Develop, enrich and diversify many new internal information channels to share and transmit information among employees, promote internal resources.
Proactively propose and execute the internal communications plan including planning to organize activities, events that helps increase brand visibility in a way that stays true to the brand’s core values.
Responsible for updating information, writing articles and editing content on the company’s internal communication channels.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Ensure the transmission of information throughout the departments, helping each employee understand the Company’s messages and vice versa.

Your Skills and Experience
The best fit candidates will own:

Ability to develop a communication plan
Having interest, knowledge and experience in organizing collective cultural events and movements, having artistic talent such as singing, dancing, dancing is a great advantage.
Personality: creative, result-oriented, proactive and highly responsible at work
Experience in a similar position at companies, priority given to candidates doing content, communication, event organization
Ability to write, write scripts / stage programs / stage / film, create PR ideas
Basic English reading and writing skills
Creative ability, many ideas for organizing programs and events

Salary & Allowance

Probationary work with 100% salary
Salary: 10.000.000~16.000.000 (Fulltime)
Lunch allowance (40.000 VND/day), free parking fee
Performance review: twice per year & bonus up to 2 months salary end of year
