Internal Communication Specialist

- Enhance Company Culture by building up events and activities to keep good connection between employees and bring up spirit for employees.
- Raise idea and corporate with Outsourcing service to run internal events (Recruitment event, company trip, team building, activities in Holiday and competition in company).
- Report and project for next years’ plan.
- Support Recruitment activities in responding to employment requests.
- Support to build up Recruitment Website, improve and follow the process.
- Other tasks as assigned by HR director.

- Male under 25 is required.
- Bacherlor’s degree in Marketing, PR or Human Resource.
- Internal PR experience is a plus.
- Passion in creativity, events, social media.
- Interest in building culture, policy and Human Resource field.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizing and time management skills;
- Proficiency use of Microsoft Office, Internet and email.
