Internal Communications Specialist

- Plan and execute an annual employee communications strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives, fosters organizational culture, and strengthens employee connections.
- Understand the diverse employee audiences and keep a pulse on their needs and preferences.
- Craft and implement a comprehensive communications plan to disseminate HR initiatives, programs, and policies.

- Manage and produce high- quality content across various internal communications platforms.
- Manage and produce high- quality content across various internal communications platforms, including email, online newsletters, intranet, digital screens, and quarterly meetings.
- Monitor internal communications metrics and analytics and report on the effectiveness of employee communications initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts by reviewing feedback, analyzing metrics, and suggesting improvements to enhance communication impact.

- Having strong skills in creating content, independently raising ideas for internal and external events.
- Building and managing positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
- At least 2- year- experience in Internal Communications/ Employee Engagement/ Employee Branding or in the same fields.
- Must have an eye for detail and possess the writing and grammatical skills necessary to develop content that requires little or no editing includes including providing content for internet and intranet.
- Proven organizational skills – be willing to multi- task and operate in a fast- paced challenging environment.
