Internal Control Financial Reporting (Icfr)

Responsibility 3: Observing the implementing the KSOX and evaluating the testing of operating effectiveness and internal control; Identify control deficiencies and make recommendations to improve the efficiency of operations and the control environment of the company.
Responsibility 2: Task arrangement and supervise employee performance.
Responsibility 1: Cooperating with HQ internal accounting team to implement KSOX requirement: understanding the KSOX requirement, coordinate with ICFR members and other teams/departments to implement them.
Responsibility 4: Providing expert technical, business, and analytical support to execute compliance activity for KSOX, including driving project plan and maintaining key control testing and audit procedures for related departments
- Performing annual assessment of the corporate finance and information technology functions that directly impact the processing of financial transactions and supporting in the preparation of the financial statements for the organization.
- Do other allocation task assigned by Finance Director and HQ internal accounting team related to ICFR work.

- Academic Level:College, Upper University
- Qualifications/specialize:Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and/or Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) is a plus.
- Major:Economics, Finance – Accounting, Banking, and other relevant majors.
- Expertise:
+ Understanding the field of operation of Company;
+ Knowledge of audit practices, tools, techniques, concepts, and trends;
+ Knowledge of accounting, arising economic operations, regulations and working principles in accounting positions.
+ Overall knowledge of IT control environment and financial reporting system.
- Necessary skills:
+ Strong problem- solving skills, time management skill;
+ Advanced skillful using office tools and system (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP...);
+ Effectively organize and manage work, completing tasks by deadlines;
+Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people in individual and group settings.
- Other requirements:
+ Can work well under high pressure;
+ Ability to work in groups;
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ready to work overtime and business travel (if any);
