JOB DESCRIPTIONS
IC Process design

Provide support to process owners to develop process documentation
Conduct internal control trainings to process users

IC Process execution

Provide support to DAG implementation
Periodic review MICS/SOX
Assist BOD in preparing and implementing corrective action plans to address control deficiencies
Provide BOD with compliance report
Audit and Identify internal control gaps and recommend improvements

Risk management
Implement and revamp ERP for all legal entities in the Group

Make risk assessments, which involves analysing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business
Report risk assessment to BOD
Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the Group.
Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the Group
Undertake corporate governance involving external risk reporting to stakeholders
Evaluate risk, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by the Group such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluate previous handling of risks

Conduct projects or tasks as assigned by Line Manager promptly.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Having a comprehensive knowledge of budget management, KPI setting and strategic long term planning.
Proficient skills in MS Office
Analytical skills
Industry Experiences: Experience in reporting, internal control, compliance, and shared service center operation. Prefer in Ecommerce industry.
Knowledge of PDCA, have strong ability on judgment, analysis and resolve problem.
Strong technical knowledge in USGAAP, IFRS and VAS
Prefer in one accounting/ consulting firms such as: PwC, E&Y, Deloitte, or KPMG and have IPO experience
Fluent in English both oral and written.
8+ years experience in Accounting, Internal control, Compliance, and related areas
ERP implementation and enhancement
Analytically creative
Advanced interpersonal skills
University Degree in finance, accounting, or economics
