Manage the development of an internal communication channel and its content- proofing, edit and post the internal articles.
Translate strategic plans into messages and activities that are relevant at a departmental and individual level.
Provide communication tools and content to team leaders and employees to promote a corporate culture based on a consistent two- way flow of information.
Organize and manage seminars, events, and presentations
Create a framework of clear and effective employee communications on a broad variety of topics to create a sense of shared purpose that is relevant to the working environment and working lives of all employees.
Further, develop a range of communication delivery channels to deliver messages in the most effective way to employees with different levels.
Manage corporate website
Provide advice to employees regarding the organization’s branding and identity.
Develop diverse communication channels, e.g. E- news, social network, digital, email, workplace by Facebook as the appropriate way/tools for communicating with employees.
Work with colleagues across the organization to contribute to specific projects, especially employee engagement activities
Gauge reactions to internal communications, use feedback to recommend and implement new initiatives.
Measure the effectiveness of Internal Communications processes to do adjustment and improvement where necessary.

BA in public relations, communications, or relevant field.
• A good understanding of the sector and organization they work in.
• Enthusiasm and diplomacy.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills both in Eng and VNs
• Good teamwork and networking skills.
• At least 5- 7 years related experience in PR & Communications.
• An organized and methodical approach, with good project management skills.
• To be articulate, creative and show initiative.
