JOB DESCRIPTION
• Organize, arrange the training for Firm’s members knowledge, technical and social skills needed to adapt client needs and enhance sales;
• Coordinate closely with the Marketing team and comply with the Firm&039;s marketing strategy to deploy Business Development activities following the Firm&039;s marketing orientations to accurately determine clients &039;actual expectations and thereby propose effective solutions for activities getting clients;
• Other details will be further discussed in the interview.
• Understand the expectations of clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan to meet these;
• Work closely with the Client Service team and adhere to the Firm&039;s Client Service policy to maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained;
• Reporting on success ratio and areas needing improvements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;
• Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients;
• Take main responsibility or coordinate with Legal Dept to check, review the legality of all service proposals, contracts, appendices, advisory letter,… before sending to clients;
• Researching and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, partnerships, and services or new ways of reaching existing markets;
• Follow up and track the progress of client cases;
• Attending networking activities on behalf of the Firm to seek, build up Firm’s network and relationship with potential partners/clients;
• Reviewing clients&039; feedback and implementing necessary changes;
OUR REQUIREMENTS
• Understand the law in the following fields: corporate administrative, securities, real estate, banking & finance, labor, M&A, ... is an advantage;
• Good command of communication and presentation;
• Proficiency in English (especially Legal English);
• Having experience in sales, marketing, or related fields;
• Can do attitude;
• High sense of responsibility, enthusiastic, detail oriented and honest;
• Good at legal analysis and legal research skills;
• Be able to manage work efficiently under high pressure;
• Having a long- term commitment.
