Develop strategies and plans to build No. 1’s International Business ensure P&L of international market.
- Identify market trends, gaps, niches; assess and analyze potential foreign markets for growth, including conducting in depth market research to qualify developing business opportunities;, competitor analysis, and evaluating regulatory frameworks to recognize possibilities and obstacles
- Control all direct costs within approved budget limits.
- Develop and manage the implementation of targets, budgets, strategies and sales plans in accordance with the company‘s development requirements.
- Define regional product positioning and pricing strategies to produce the highest possible long- term international market share
- Take charge of negotiating and executing international licensing contracts, distribution partnerships, and joint ventures to enhance market presence
- Analyzing the risk involved in new ventures and developing appropriate risk management strategies
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities for new market or services that meet unmet customer needs
Leads and oversees the development and growth of profitable new international business, while cultivating key relationships to support sustainable growth
Manage all activities & personnel in the International Business Department complying with company policies
Open the needed customers/distributors in the target countries to deliver profitable sales. Deliver target volume/sales and profits per approved plans
- Propose org chart to hire and train International Business personnel consistent with their Job Description requirements.
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions
- Present plans for approval with clear goals and KPI’s. Implement approved plans with appropriate monitoring and reporting. Address gaps and issues that arise, propose the solutions to get approved and implement
- Advising to management regarding best practices in international business operations such as accounting standards, labor laws, and regulations regarding imports and exports
- Develop and implement plans of market coverage and channel distribution, discover and appoint potential and capable distributors and agents in accordance with the Company‘s vision, orientation and goals.
Manage the end to end supply chain for the International Business.
Develop and apply the process for obtaining requirements from functional partner, i.e., Marketing for brand materials; Finance/MA for pricing and cost analysis; R&D for product formulation, packaging & registration support
- Contributes to the development of policies and procedures to enhance the company’s business development
- Understand by- country and by- customer requirements (legal, regulatory, trade) to input in the processes and procedures.
- Lead, evaluate, develop and motivate a team to achieve established sales and business development goals
- Develop Operational model for business development function applied for the whole organization
- Constantly review and improve end to end selling and delivery process for International sales orders to customers.
Develop and implement the Customer Care metrics for the International business are reached

- Understand clearly the customer requirement and set up the parameters with the right targets
Continuous learning of new, better ways to trading, e.g., B2B platforms
Build the organization gradually with the growth of the business and coverage
- Ensure all staff have enough capability to inplement JDs and transfer the approved objectives
- Propose training activities and sessions for training including for staff
- Propose the organizational structure. Develop JD’s for proposed staff in coordination with HR
- Provide organizational development interventions in organization change and structure, strategic planning, conflict resolution and group development.
