International Business Support - Europe Market

Keep customer records accurate and up- to- date.
Handle administrative tasks for Stavian Europe BV.
Enter contracts, quotes, and orders into the SAP system.
Enter data into various systems and applications.
Coordinate and manage customer orders.
Update stock levels regularly.
Help with team tasks and projects.
Create reports as requested by management.
Collect and summarize customer information from different sources.

1- 2 years of experience in international trade or a similar role.
Energetic, proactive, and willing to work online during off- peak hours.
Proficient in English (at least IELTS 6.5)
Bachelor‘s degree in International Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience in international trade, preferably in the plastics industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Creating report forms when needed).
