International Freight Executive

CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Control, and check the daily performance of the Warehouse, Forwarder & Testing vendors
Collect data & prepare reports as requested
Daily liaise with related parties: Suppliers, Brands, Merchandiser, Forwarder, Warehouse, and other Vendors to understand & satisfy task requirements
Other tasks assigned by the Deputy International Freight Manager
To be responsible for the coordination and management of import activities

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Daily access to AX to Upload landed cost/EPR fee and ship, receive PO/TRO
Manage and coordinate with vendors and related departments to complete the required tasks within the agreed time frame such as CR label/ Claim insurance/ Payment to vendor and solve mismatch issues
Handle other tasks assigned by the manager
Liaise with Factory/Merchandise/Brand/Warehouse and Forwarder to complete import & inbound procedures and other activities within the shortest possible time and/or the agreed time frame
Perform and implement import shipments of appointed Brands
Manage & follow up with the Forwarder/Customs and other vendors to ensure compliance with customs rules and import regulations

PERSON&039;S SPECIFICATION: Hard working, Good communication
- Relevant Experience

Relevant experience within the fashion field or a retail section or F&B industry

COMPETENCIES
- Qualification

A university degree or higher preferably in Logistics and ImportGood at Excel skills

- Relevant Experience:

Proficient in import processes and import regulations
Proficiency in Word and Excel is required
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in import & export
Good experience in ERP systems (especially AX Dynamic) & logistics tasks in advance
Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure

- Skills and Personal Attributes:

Willing to learn more about the other tasks of the Logistics department
Positive, good working attitude
High level of accountability
Good in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
