For Casual ITO / IHP :

Inform Cage Department all bill is settled,
Inform Table game Department to arrange Chips and table,
Following Visa if requested
Inform Cage Department, and Table Game Department to close program, and Pit
Assist guest to buy in procedure, withdraw, deposit with Cage Department,
Booking lunch, dinner if request,
Check in for guests,
Booking Transportation,
Making member ship cards
Booking rooms,
Open program in system,
Settle all bills as Rooms, F&B, Transportation, before guest check out
Assist any services guest request,
Following manifest for coming guests
Settle all pending bill before guest leave,
Connect with Cage Department for wire in and out, if guest play with wire in

For Fixed ITO :

Settle bills with Boss approval in case needed
Apply Pass card for ITO staffs
Making membership card,
Open program
Apply temp badge issue for ITO staffs,
Update guest list manifest,
Assist booking rooms, Golf,
Assist paper works if needed,
Follow up Golf bills,

Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests whilst looking for service opportunities.
Must demonstrate leadership skills
Must be able to lead and get along with co-workers as a team. Be able to influence and inspire through optimistic communication.
Must present a well groomed appearance.
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
Individual must be out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
