International Marketing Executive (Star Kombucha & Chill Cocktail)

Job Description
· Support the International Sales Department in establishing a robust online interface to connect with international markets distributors.
· Develop, modify, review, and oversee brand materials, assets, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for Star Kombucha in international markets.
· Work with ATL, Media, Digital and Public Relations agencies, external media partners, and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverables
· Strategize, manage and lead initiatives to boost Star Kombucha&039;s brand positioning and achieve business objectives.
· Craft the Sales Tool Kit and Best Practices guidelines for Star Kombucha&039;s international market sales channel.
· Draft and maintain the International Brand Guidelines.
· Oversee partner&039;s digital marketing efforts, social media content, and collaborations with Key Opinion Consumers/Leaders to optimize marketing impact and brand reputation.
· Monitor all day- to- day marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, budgetary constraints, and brand guidelines.
· Produce marketing reports as requested by manager
· And other tasks related to the development of Star Kombucha brand in international markets.
· Assist manager and internal departments to implement, and manage marketing plans from conceptualization to execution including brand positioning, market intelligence, pricing, promotion and advertising opportunities, product value propositions, content creation, and launch execution of new products
· Foster strong relationships with international partners, attending meetings, trade shows, and seminars as needed.
· Analyze market trends and consumer insights, produce market research reports and identify new opportunities in international markets.
· Cooperate with internal departments to produce deliverables for partners on a timely, professional manner

Requirements:
· Exceptional proficiency in English – spoken, written, and read.
· Pleasant personality and a good team player
· Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
· Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
· Tech- savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· A bachelor&039;s degree or higher in marketing, business, or in a related field.
· A proactive approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
· Candidates who have lived outside of Vietnam will be given preference.
