International Purchasing Executive

Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, including pricing, delivery conditions, payment terms, and Incoterms.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Execute purchase orders and monitor the production, shipping, and delivery process.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Search, evaluate, and select reliable international suppliers for aluminum alloy and aluminum billet.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sourcing channels.
Monitor international aluminum price fluctuations, conduct market analysis, and prepare periodic supply reports.
Collaborate with internal departments on customs clearance, goods receipt, and payment procedures.
Prepare, verify, and handle import documentation such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, B/L, C/O, C/Q, etc.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in international purchasing or import–export, preferably in metals or industrial materials.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Solid understanding of Incoterms, international trade practices, logistics processes, and payment methods (L/C, T/T).
Female, aged 24–35.
College or University degree in Business Administration or related fields (preferably in International Trade).
Basic English proficiency: capable of basic communication and good reading and writing skills.
