JOB DESCRIPTION
Concluding and executing purchase and sale contracts
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers
- Achieving sales targets.
- Searching for potential customers and leads to convert into orders;
- Negotiating and executing contracts with customers and partners;
- Coordinating with other departments/individuals to handle orders and any arising problem until contract liquidation.
Researching foreign markets
- Conducting business model analysis for the targeted markets;
- Collecting, summarizing and reporting to managers on matters related to export activities such as: market, goods, prices, customers, competitors; domestic and international legal regulations related to the company&039;s business.
Other task
- Supporting managers in the process of registration and implementation of logistics for participating in international industry fairs and exhibitions or hosting international customers to visit factories and companies;
- Other tasks as requested by managers.
- Managing assigned e- commerce accounts to promote sales and promote the Company&039;s image;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Graduating from university, majoring in International Business Economics/ International Business/ Business Administration/ International Trade...
- Skills: Fluent in foreign languages (good command of English is a must); customer service mindset and customer searching skills; presentation skills; time management skills; workflow management; basic IT skills.
- Having at least 2 years of experience in international sales, import and export activities; general knowledge about international sales, interaction with B2B partners; tax, customs and origin of goods;
