Job Responsibilities:
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in foreign markets (Key markets: USA, Australia, and other high- potential regions).
Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Logistics, Production, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide market feedback and insights to the Sales Manager.
Keep the Sales Manager and BOD updated on market and product insights regularly.
Negotiate contracts and sales terms with distributors and retailers.
What We’re Looking For:
Industry Background: Proven sales experience in manufacturing firms, ideally those producing plastics, packaging, fibers, etc
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, foreign trade, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in international sales (experience with the US, Australia, or other international markets preferred).
System Savvy: Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with incoterms, international trade laws, and regulations.
English Proficiency: Fluent in English (all four skills).
Communication & Analysis: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
Skills: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills in English and at least one other language.
