THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITY/ TASKS
1 Team Management
1 Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
2 Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure the team&039;s success and professional development.
3 Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies to optimize team performance.
2 Sales Account Management
1 Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and contractors.
2 Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
3 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
4 Collaboration with Other Departments:
Collaborate with the service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure timely production and delivery of orders.
3 Reporting and Analysis
Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant departments to inform product development and improve overall operations.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Utilize data- driven insights to develop sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
4 Other tasks
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company products and services.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
CONDITIONS OF SELECTION:
Capacity : According to the position&039;s competency standards
Education : Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Study abroad)
Other : Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
