International Sales Operation Officer

Arrange the booking with forwarder assigned by customers
Check schedule if out of stock
Maintain the delivery plan in order to secure the supply to customers
Working with the external outsourcing party to make the customs declaration and the required C/O for direct and in- direct export
Issue VAT invoice for local finance purpose
Arrange the payment for the forwarders
Arrange the sample deliveries (work align with Sample team, Sales team)
Check and confirm the stock availability to customers
Receipt and handle the customer’s complaints with Sales team & QM team
Prepare shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, HBL/AWB, C/O if required) and send to customers
Master data maintenance (Company, Part Customer relationship)
Prepare Sales Orders (SO), Goods reservation (WO), Invoice (OI) in AP+
Handle general enquiries (data sheet, checking stock level, lead time, etc.)
Orders handling after receipt from Sales team/ customers
Check the correction of articles, colour, price and quantity in customer orders
Hand- over all required documents to finance dept. for the customer payment follow- up
Update the delivery date to customers

1- 2 years of experience in the same position
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
