Interpreter cum Legal Staff LOTTE Properties Hanoi (LOTTE MALL West Lake Hanoi)

We are looking for Interpreter cum Legal Staff for Business Planning Department- External Affairs & Compliance Team. Job Description as follows:
Interpreting & Supporting to General Director (50%)
• Do other works as requested by the G.D or team leaders.
• Interpreting in internal/outside meetings between the boss and staff or G.D and his partners or public agencies.
External Relations (10%)
• Keep correspondence with all key person in working network of Lotte Mall Hanoi
• Manage the relationship between Lotte and relevant government authorities and partners also
Licenses works (20%)
• Involve in carrying out procedures to apply for sub- licenses for project operation
• Participate in the implementation of investment licensing procedures, business registration procedures for the project
• Involve in the implementation of procedures related to Land
Legal Advice (20%)
• Preparing legal documents and relevant meetings, and organizing and maintaining files.
• Communicating and cooperating with other teams inside the company to deal with raised legal issues, including but not limited to licenses, administrative procedures
• Conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, contracts

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong motivation to learn new things
- High attention to detail
- Has experience in legal/law department of International Corporation is an advantage.
- 2- 4 years of experience in the similar or relevant position
- Has conversational English skill.
- Korean major is prior preferred (Topik 5 and above)
