Inventory Analyst

- Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control and execute respective corrective actions as needed.
- Support and execute aged, obsolete and excess inventory reduction strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Providing meaningful analysis of complex data to support material strategies.
- Coordinating with other departments to clear incorrect inventory in ERP system.
- Presenting inventory reports and other statistical data to management on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.
- Maintaining and improving the company&039;s materials and finished goods inventory by analyzing inventory statistics to limit inventory level & meet inventory’s KPI target.

- Experience with databases and spreadsheets, strong at excel skill.
- Good attention to detail, math, and multi- tasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.
- Other: Team player, forward thinking.
- Experience with ERP system (such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Epicor), inventory planning.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Analyst in manufacturing companies.
- Strong analytical, time management and problem- solving skills.
