JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Inventory AnalysisAnalyze inventory data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize data insights to optimize inventory turnover, reduce carrying costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
3PL ManagementCoordinate with 3PL to ensure timely delivery of inventory items, and address any issues related to stock irregularity for both outbound and inbound flows. Manage client/supplier relationships and communicate effectively to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
Performance Monitoring and ReportingTrack and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Warehouse Operations ManagementSupervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Cross- Functional CollaborationCollaborate with various departments, including procurement, sales, and logistics, to align inventory management activities with organizational goals and objectives.
Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies in inventory management processes and implement solutions to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and reduce costs.
Inventory ControlEstablish and enforce inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory records, minimize discrepancies, and prevent stockouts and overstock situations across all inventory pools (factory, platforms, warehouses)

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Proficiency in warehouse/inventory management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in inventory management.
Strong understanding of warehouse operation planning, and control principles.
General- Graduate from top universities with a degree in Management, Business or Economics.Strong command of English for 3PL management tasks
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Proven experience in inventory/warehouse management, with a minimum of 5- 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
