Investigation Security Assistant Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
To investigate potential internal/external fraud behavior and support fraud risk department with information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cooperation with IT security in terms of cyber threats
Support fraud risk department with information related to fraud investigation
Collaborating with local authorities / law enforcement for investigation if needed.
Conducts independent investigations on allegations, suspected and actual fraud cases, including locating, confronting, interviewing and preparing reports to allow police action if necessary;
Conduct investigation into details to find out the fraud scheme of fraudsters / fraud organization for proper preventing risk.
Play an important role in catching up & comprehending the procedures of the company; study & find out the gaps in the company’s regulations / procedures / policies and propose improvement plan.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with security regulations and interface with outside law enforcement agencies;
Manages multiple cases while maintaining the standard of quality required for successful closure/resolution;
Build up and follow up the strategy / plan of risk analysis, project management; supervise & take responsibilities for ensuring the confidentiality.
Confront those who broke the rules, make reports and propose actions against them;
Monitor activities of subordinate cadres to ensure that ethical issues are followed
Support for legal department during claim procedures.
