*** JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

Publishing investment opinions and analyst reports through media outlets to establish branding and thought leadership for the fund
Support the fund partners on the full lifecycle of the investment deals: conduct due diligence, write investment memo, make investment recommendations, and build portfolios
Join various events, start-up communities to support building fund brand and network with potential founders
Develop a mindset about emerging frontiers and new market catalysts (e.g. DeFi in 2019, NFTs in 2020/2021, Game Fi in 2021/2022 etc) through deep research and market mapping
Source and generate public and private investment opportunities
Join various social channels (twitters, discords, etc) to understand the market and the investment candidates better.

Requirements:
Must have

Effective communicator. Fluent in English is a must (both speaking and writing).
Basic understanding of finance and investment terms
Gritty and scrappy
Strong knowledge of the crypto space (2-3 years personal/professional experience in crypto)
High curiosity and open-mindedness

Nice to have

Having worked or studied in an English speaking country is a big plus.
Having worked in an investment funds
Ability to evaluate highly technical companies and protocols
Strong network within crypto space

Vietnam
* Salary:

Salary review once per year in January
100% salary during probation period (if any) (i.e., same net salary during probation and after signing official labor contract)

* Bonus:

Potential annual bonus based on the Company’s business results and your individual performance
13th salary month bonus prorated based on your actual service time in the year
Gifts for other celebrations: Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, March 8th, June 1st, Wedding day, Childbirth
Holidays bonus (30Apr-1May and 2Sep), working anniversary bonus (3-year and 5-year anniversary)

Singapore:
* Salary:
• Salary review once per year in January
• 100% salary during probation period (if any)
* Bonus:
• Potential annual bonus based on the Company’s business results and your individual performance
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): The AWS payable is equivalent to one (01) month of basic salary for employees who have served one (01) full calendar year with the Company, and with less than one (01) year of service, the employees shall be entitled to a pro-rated amount.
