Investment Development Project Manager

Lotte Group has invested in various projects such as mixed use, residential, Industrial Park, Logistics Projects, etc. in Vietnam, especially Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. Lotte E&C, a main subsidiary of Lotte Group, is looking for more opportunities to invest and develop in Hanoi.
Job Summary
The key role for this job is
- Coordinate with relevant Authorities during development stage
- To perform feasibility studies on potential investment projects like Mixed-use, commercial and the others
- Work closely with partners to solve issues rising during Co-operation process.
- To search available land and PJT information which are suitable for mixed use, residential,commercial, logistics, etc
Job Description
• Other assigned duties.
• To set up and maintain positive relationships with high - level government officers, Local Authorities, International organizations, Vietnamese construction companies and sub-contractors
• To search available land which is suitable for mixed-use (combined of hotel, office, shopping mall, retail, residential, etc.)
• Thoroughly understand related regulations/laws in development of mixed-use and commercial projects
• Thoroughly understand procedure/process in mixed-use and commercial projects investment
• To research information of real estate market and prepare reports on real estate of big cities in Vietnam; be capable of understanding and analyzing in real estate market.

Job Requirements
- Essential Experience
1 Good at Feasibility study and analysys such as Estimating cash flow and potential profitability
2 More than 5 years of experience in real estate development (Commercial, Office, Mixed use, Residential..)
- Preferred Experience
2 Having experience to develop Investment Project from beginning to end
3 Experience in obtaining projects licenses and developing at least 01 similar projects.
1 Capability for Project sourcing
4 Fluent English including writing skills
- Personal Attributes, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Positive and open-minded attitude / Proactive personality and team person to work with various staff
- Formal qualifications/education: At least Bachelor’s degree in University
- Language required (Proficiency: Fluent / Good / Fair)
1 To be fluent in English (both verbal and written and overseas experience in English speaking country will be preferred)
3 Speaking Korean preferred
2 To be capable in English Presentation
- Computer Knowledge: Good at PPT, Excel, Word
- Top 5 requirements
2 Experience in Investment development PJT

- Working Hours: 8hours/day (Monday- Friday)
- Nationality: Vietnam and others
- Age range: 30 - 45
- Upcountry/oversea travelling required? Just preferred (not mandatory)
- Probation Period: 2 months
