Job Description
Developing and Managing Financial Models
Build and maintain financial models to support investment decision- making.
Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic data to assess investment opportunities.
Conduct scenario analysis and financial forecasting to evaluate risk and return profiles.
Coordinate with Vingroup‘s Investment Department to Execute Capital- Raising and M&A Transactions
Support due diligence, valuation, and negotiation processes for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Collaborate with Vingroup’s Investment Department to structure and execute fundraising initiatives.
Assist in deal structuring, documentation, and post- transaction integration planning.
Monitoring Commitments with Investors and Credit Institutions
Ensure compliance with financial agreements and report on key covenants.
Track and manage financial commitments with investors, lenders, and credit institutions.
Liaise with financial institutions to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
Periodic Reporting
Prepare and deliver periodic reports on investment performance, financial health, and market trends.
Generate investor reports, debt compliance reports, and internal management reports.
Present financial insights and investment analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Supporting the Corporate Investor Relations (IR) Team
Work closely with the IR team to provide financial data and insights for investor communications.
Assist in preparing investor presentations, earnings reports, and market updates.
Respond to investor inquiries and ensure transparent communication.
Organizing Quarterly BOD Meetings with Investors
Plan and organize quarterly Board of Directors (BOD) meetings with key investors.
Prepare presentations, reports, and financial updates for BOD discussions.
Ensure effective coordination between stakeholders and maintain investor engagement.
Market Monitoring and Updates
Keep track of industry trends, macroeconomic indicators, and competitive landscape.
Provide insights on market developments that may impact investment decisions.
Recommend strategic adjustments based on market intelligence and financial analysis.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Master’s degree or certifications such as CFA/CPA are preferred.
Work Experience:
Experience working with investors and credit institutions is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in investment, corporate finance, or fund management.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in building and analyzing financial models.
Strong understanding of financial, accounting principles, and risk management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle periodic and ad hoc tasks effectively.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills, especially when working with investors and senior management.
Teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Tools and Software:
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software (Bloomberg, Reuters, or equivalent).
Familiarity with planning and management tools like Power BI or ERP systems is a plus.
