- Responsibility:
• Review, analyze and originating new projects and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and formulate partnership structures
• Prepare investment proposal, joint- development proposal, and transactional documents
- Financial Management: Support project developers in developing the project and provide risk management and assessment to secure power- off take arrangements, financing agreements, equity acquisition agreements, etc. with investors and financial institutions.
- Network Development: Build and maintain relationship with government, international organizations/ stakeholders and potential DPPA off- takers.
- Community Engagement: Proactively engage with relevant state authorities, departments, and local authorities to complete legal procedures required for the investment and various stages of the projects.
- Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate contracts for technical, legal, environmental, financial & tax, and commercial advisors, partnership agreements (Shareholder / Joint Venture Agreements), transactional agreements (Sale & Purchase Agreement, etc.)
- Market & Policy Update: Keeps abreast of changing regulatory and market landscape and is able to identify new business opportunities.

- 2- 5 years of experience in investment in the renewable energy sector, banking, investment funds or real estate.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage different workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complicated ideas in an effective and clear manner
- Experience in legal documentation- NDA, M&A, term sheets, transaction documentation; commercial acumen, along with a structured thought process
- Strong analytical and modeling skills- being able to build complex models from scratch, meticulous with details, and accurate with numbers
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field.
- Expertise in financial analysis, investment strategies and end- to- end investment transaction execution
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential

Salary range: Commensurate with experience x 13 months with potential performance bonus
