IOS Engineer

You will monitor the performance of the live apps and continuously improve them on both code and experience level.
Collaborate with QA on continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) as well as other automated and manual testing to make sure our app releases cycles.
Write code that is reusable, scalable and testable. Make sure products are delivered on time and with high quality.
Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across cross functional teams in a global environment.
Build re-usable iOS software components for the Be platform.
More senior engineers will act as a role model and mentor to more junior members.
Design, build and improve the mobile experiences for one of the world&039;s fastest growing mobile apps in ride-hailing, delivery, food, and payments.

Fluent in Swift programming language.
At least 2+ years of experience in iOS development.
Experience in writing maintainable and testable code, including API design, unit testing and UI testing techniques.
Familiarity with Scrum & Agile.
Highly accountable and takes ownership of one’s own work.
Working experience with popular third party libraries for networking, async, image loading etc.
Experience in maintaining applications with a high user base via crash analytics, remote debugging and continuous integration.
You have strong knowledge of Views, ViewControllers, storyboards, life cycle of UIView, HTTP frameworks, delegates vs notifications, blocks vs closures, caching and local storage.
Understanding of programming paradigms such as OOP, TDD, reactive programming and dependency injection.
